Are You Eligible for SEARCH?
- You developed diabetes (any type, with the exception of gestational diabetes) in the year 2007 or later.
- You lived in King, Kitsap, Pierce, Snohomish, or Thurston counties at any time during the year you were diagnosed.
- You were under 20 years old in the year you were diagnosed.
